Celebrate Financial Wellness Month

It’s the new year, and January is Financial Wellness Month! We’re celebrating by offering our members resources and tips to gain financial security and freedom. Here are five easy things you can do to get started:

1. Know what’s coming in and going out.

2. Create a budget.

Now that you know where your money is going, it’s time to create a budget. Even if you had one last year, expenses and goals may have changed so it’s important to review and adjust. Having a budget can help you be more intentional with your spending. We even provide an easy Budget Worksheet to help you get started! 

3. Pump up your savings. 

Make the savings portion of your budget simple with automatic deposits! It's a lot easier to resist temptation if you put the money away immediately.
